My name is Alexis Williams, LMT, graduate from SpaTech Institute, I am very eager to bring a holistic approach to any client. I get to hold a space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and truly feel seen and supported. Whether through massage or polarity therapy, I'm honored to release the stress, pain, and emotional weight that so many carry. There is something incredibly meaningful about being a part of someone's healing journey, not trying to fix, but by helping their body and energy remember how to restore.
